Our topside is the star of the traditional Sunday roast. It's a naturally tender and lean joint, with an extra layer of fat to bring the very best flavour during cooking and to add to the richness of the meat.

Choose from varying weights. All joints are frozen.

Reared to the highest standards of welfare by our family at Round Chimneys Farm, our Aberdeen Angus cows are free to graze the lush Dorset pasture for most of the year meaning the meat is high in Omega-3 and full of vitamins. Before butchery, the beef is aged for 21 days to create meat which is rich, tender and packed with flavour
